Dr. Olufemi Samuel Omoyele

Dr. Olufemi Samuel Omoyele is a Nigerian academic, educationist, and management consultant. He serves as the President and Chairman of the Governing Council for the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Nigeria. Additionally, he is a Head of Department and Lecturer at Osun State University. Holding a Ph.D. alongside multiple master's degrees spanning management, marketing, and HR, his research focuses on SME innovation, digital entrepreneurship, and macroeconomics.
ANDREW, DAVID ADEJO

Mr. Andrew David Adejo, OON, is a retired Nigerian Federal Permanent Secretary with over 35 years of public service experience. He notably led the Federal Ministry of Education, driving major digital and curriculum reforms. A former presidential aide and UNDP analyst, he also coordinated World Bank-assisted youth empowerment programs. Post-retirement, he serves as a Professor of Practice in Public Policy at Miva Open University and works as a social protection consultant.
Mrs. Ayoade Igbeyi

Mrs. Ayoade Igbeyi is a prominent Nigerian HR and learning executive. She is the immediate past President of the Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD) and holds a senior leadership role at the Industrial Training Fund (ITF). A major advocate for workplace agility, knowledge management, and integrating AI into corporate learning, she is widely recognized for her contributions to national human capital development.
Hajia Halimah Abdullahi Rabi
Senior Deputy Director ITF (Retired)
Hajia Halimah Abdullahi Rabiu is a prominent Nigerian human resource development expert and technical training administrator. She serves as the Training Manager and Rector of the Industrial Training Fund - Model Skills Training Centre (ITF-MSTC) in Abuja. In this role, she oversees advanced technical, vocational, and entrepreneurship capacity-building programs. She actively drives national skills gap solutions and fosters strategic partnerships between the ITF, industry, and academia.
Segun Lawal
Lead Consultant, Wisdom Scroll Consulting Ltd.
Segun is a Nigerian management consultant, COO at MEDEVOLT Healthcare, and Director at HSF Foods. Specializing in HR innovations and L&D strategy, he holds an MBA in HR Management and a Chartered Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing. He is a member of CIHRM and NITAD, and a Fellow of FCHAN. A veteran facilitator, he has led key corporate training briefs and talent evaluation panels for elite institutions including the Central Bank of Nigeria, FITC, NAICOM, NNPC, and the DSS.
Dr. Esther Olatunji Ph. D

Dr. Mrs. Esther Olatunji, Ph.D. is an administrative leader and public policy strategist within the Nigerian Federal Civil Service. She currently serves as the Director of Human Resource Management for a Federal Ministry, directing workforce recruitment, career progression, and capacity-building frameworks. She previously served as the Special Assistant to the Permanent Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Transportation, bridging ministerial policy execution with corporate governance.
Mr. Richard P. Pheelangwah
Permanent Secretary, Min. of Defence
Over the past three decades, Mr. Pheelangwah has held key administrative roles across a diverse array of government bodies, including the Ministries of Health, Aviation, and Education, as well as the Office of the Head of the Civil Service. After being promoted to Director in 2021, he served as the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation in 2024 before assuming his current leadership role as the Permanent Secretary for the Ministry of Defence.
